About the Show

The stage adaption of Michael Rosen's beloved children's book and illustrated by Helen Oxenbury.

Four children, their baby sister, and their dog head out to hunt a bear! They travel through grass, water, mud, trees & snow before facing a bear in a cave! Panicked, the family starts running back home, across all the obstacles, while being chased by the bear.

Little Angel Theatre brings Michael Rosen’s picture novel to life in this puppetry-filled production directed by Peter Glanville and with music and lyrics by Barb Jungr. This production is recommended for ages 3-8.
