Set in Berlin, 1933, this gripping drama follows a young Gestapo officer as he interrogates a graduate student, only to discover she's the iconic thinker Hannah Arendt. With political activism now a capital crime, the officer must determine if she’s innocent or an enemy of the state.

The play is written by Jenny Lyn Bader, whose work has been produced on stages across the United States and internationally. It is directed by Ari Laura Kreith (Falsettos, Orange Crush), whose productions span regional theatres and new play development. The production is presented by Luna Stage following previous Off-Broadway engagements and its European premiere at the Traverse Theatre during the 2026 Edinburgh Fringe.
