In Yasmina Reza’s ART, the purchase of an expensive, minimalist painting by Serge ignites a fierce debate among three longtime friends—Serge, Marc, and Yvan. What begins as a disagreement over the value of art quickly escalates into a deeper examination of their friendship, personal values, and the nature of taste. Set in contemporary Paris, the play delves into themes of ego, perception, and the complexities of human relationships.

This 2025 Broadway revival features a distinguished cast: Bobby Cannavale portrays Marc, James Corden takes on the role of Yvan, and Neil Patrick Harris plays Serge. The production is directed by Tony nominee Scott Ellis, known for his work on Take Me Out and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The play is translated from French by Academy Award winner Christopher Hampton.
